A reporting area is a subject such as sales or cash flow; page layout is agreed during the build. Prices shown are in US dollars, paid by bank transfer. Software licences and any card-processing fees are separate. The written quote confirms your final scope and price.

I'm Michael Dorio II, founder of Data Visuals M.A.D. My background is in enterprise reporting and healthcare revenue-cycle analytics.
I work with business owners who need useful reports but don't have a data team to build them. I lead the work, from understanding your existing reports to building the dashboards and supporting them after launch.

Monthly, weekly and daily updates are available. We'll check what your systems support and agree on a schedule. How the data connects and how often it updates affect the price.
What will it cost?
A simple setup starts at $750 to build and $77 a month to run. Your price depends on the data sources, reporting areas and update schedule. The calculator gives you an estimate before we talk.
What happens after I send a request?
We'll email you to arrange the review. We'll talk through your current reports and what you want to change. If you want to go ahead, we'll send the work, price and timeline in writing before anything starts.
